We generally take 1 business day to process orders (excluding Sunday) and we try our best to ship out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Sunshyne Crafts Beads is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on any orders. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


On some rare occasions, orders do not arrive within the time specified. This could be due to Customs inspections or simply delivery delays. Customs inspections are random and usually take a maximum of one week, so please allow at least one week as a grace period. You can inquire with Customs if your package is delayed.

It is important that the mailing address you provide or have listed with Paypal is correct and complete,or the post office may hold your package. Ensure that you pick up your mail promptly as the post office usually only holds mail for 2 weeks.

If you request your order to be sent via Registered Mail or Xpresspost, you are responsible for being at home to sign for the package, etc.


Sunshyne Crafts Beads has a 14 days return policy from the date of purchase. Once we receive the package you will receive a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your return if all conditions are met:

-item(s) arrive within 14 days of payment,
-item(s) must be in original condition and amount, and in their labeled bags,
-you must include a copy of the invoice.

All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing traciedawn@sunshynecraftsbeads.com.
